Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and olive oil.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Sprinkle the dough with the garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme, kneading the herbs into the dough until evenly distributed.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten it into a round shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the flatbread cool before slicing and serving.
