  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, and olive oil.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Sprinkle the dough with the garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme, kneading the herbs into the dough until evenly distributed.
  6. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten it into a round shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let the flatbread cool before slicing and serving.
