Pecan Chocolate Thins are a delicious, keto-friendly treat that are easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. They are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and are low in carbs, making them a great choice for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the pecans, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process until the mixture is finely ground.
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to the food processor. Process again until the mixture is well combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each scoop with the back of the spoon to create thin rounds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crispy. Allow the thins to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
