Quick keto chicken garam masala
Quick Keto Chicken Garam Masala[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a quick and easy Keto friendly Chicken Garam Masala. It's a delicious and flavorful dish that can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add the garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and coriander to the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
- Add the coconut milk to the pan and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken cook in the coconut milk for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken garam masala over a bed of Cauliflower Rice for a complete keto meal.
