Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of black olives
- 1/4 cup of pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute or until the cheeses are fully melted and can be stirred together.
- Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and pepperoni into small pieces. Add these to the cheese mixture.
- Add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then form into small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the fat bombs for at least 2 hours, or until they are firm.
- Enjoy these savory pizza fat bombs as a snack or as part of a meal.
