A delicious and nutritious keto friendly dish, the Sesame Almond Zoodle Bowl is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet. This recipe is packed with flavors and is a great way to enjoy a healthy and satisfying meal.

- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized into noodles
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Spiralize the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, almond butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, until just tender.
- Pour the sauce over the zucchini noodles and toss to coat.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are well coated and the sauce is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped almonds and sesame seeds before serving.
