Sindhi Style Lamb Curry with Cauliflower Rice[edit]
This is a delicious and hearty keto friendly recipe for Sindhi style lamb curry with cauliflower rice. It's packed with flavors and is perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients[edit]
- 500g lamb meat, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cauliflower head, grated
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions[edit]
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
- Add lamb pieces to the pan and cook until they turn brown.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the lamb is cooked thoroughly.
- In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee, add grated cauliflower and sauté for about 5 minutes or until it turns slightly golden.
- Season the cauliflower rice with salt and pepper.
- Serve the lamb curry hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves, alongside the cauliflower rice.
