Sindhi Style Lamb Curry with Cauliflower Rice[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and hearty keto friendly recipe for Sindhi style lamb curry with cauliflower rice. It's packed with flavors and is perfect for a comforting dinner.

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add lamb pieces to the pan and cook until they turn brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the lamb is cooked thoroughly.
  7. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee, add grated cauliflower and sauté for about 5 minutes or until it turns slightly golden.
  8. Season the cauliflower rice with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve the lamb curry hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves, alongside the cauliflower rice.
