Keto Friendly Teriyaki Grilled Steak[edit | edit source]

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, erythritol, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Stir until the erythritol is fully dissolved.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then place it in a ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Reserve the marinade for basting.
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Baste the steak with the reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
  5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
