Buffalo Chicken Paprika Mayo Butter Fried Cabbage[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken, paprika, mayo, butter, and fried cabbage.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 head of cabbage, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink in the middle, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shredded cabbage and cook until it starts to soften, about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, and paprika.
- Shred the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet with the cabbage.
- Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the chicken and cabbage and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
