  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, peanuts, chopped apples, and chopped radish.
  • 2. Add the salad dressing to the mixture and toss until the ingredients are well coated.
  • 3. To serve, prepare cups made of hollowed-out red apples. Carefully cut the top off each apple and use a spoon to remove the pulp, leaving a thick shell. The removed apple pulp can be chopped and included in the salad or used in another recipe.
  • 4. Fill each apple cup with the salad mixture.
  • 5. Drizzle French dressing over the salad before serving. The vibrant color of the hollowed-out red apples makes this dish particularly appetizing and visually appealing.
