Chicken drumsticks are a delicious and nutritious source of protein, while keto fries made from low-carb vegetables like zucchini or turnips are a great alternative to traditional potato fries. This recipe is perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Rub the chicken drumsticks with one tablespoon of olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  4. While the chicken is baking, toss the zucchini or turnip fries in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Spread the fries out on a separate baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve the chicken drumsticks with the keto fries on the side.
