Easy, delicious coleslaw recipe[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 cup diced red onion (optional)
Step by step instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced red onion (if using), mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until the cabbage is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Give it a final mix before serving.
