Easy Protein Noodle Low Carb Lasagna[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for protein noodle low carb lasagna. It's perfect for those following a low-carb diet or anyone who just wants a healthier version of this classic dish.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it's no longer pink. Drain the excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Arrange a layer of protein noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then layer with half of the cooked ground beef.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of noodles.
  8. Top with the remaining marinara sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
