A delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe, the Garlic Cauliflower Wrap is a perfect meal for those following a low-carb diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Once cooled, squeeze out as much water as you can from the cauliflower using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, eggs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower mixture onto it, forming a thin layer.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
  8. Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
  9. Fill each square with spinach and shredded chicken, then roll up to form a wrap.
