  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the hot butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Add the egg to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper into a rectangle.
  7. Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  9. Cut the log into 8 equal pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting.
  12. Spread the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.
