Indian Keto Chicken Korma is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with flavors from various spices and is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink in the middle.
- Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
