Indian Keto Chicken Korma is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with flavors from various spices and is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink in the middle.
  4. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, and garam masala to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken in the spices.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and stir well. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
