- 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (preferably full-fat)
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, diced (optional)
- 6-8 large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine lettuce, Iceberg lettuce)

- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, green onions, and Dijon mustard.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the diced avocado if using.
- Take a lettuce leaf and place a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture in its center.
- Roll or fold the lettuce leaf, enclosing the tuna salad.
- Repeat the process with the remaining lettuce leaves and filling.
