Keto Argentine Cookie and Caramel Sandwiches[edit]
This is a recipe for Keto Argentine Cookie and Caramel Sandwiches. These delicious treats are perfect for those following a Keto diet.
Ingredients[edit]
- 1 cup of Almond flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut flour
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp of Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of Sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup of Unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, and erythritol.
- Melt the butter and add it to the flour mixture along with the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a round cookie cutter, cut out the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
- Once the cookies are cooled, spread a layer of sugar-free caramel sauce on one cookie and then top it with another cookie to form a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining cookies.
- Roll the edges of the cookie sandwiches in the unsweetened shredded coconut.
