This is a delicious and satisfying recipe for a Keto Bacon Burger Casserole. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in fats.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  4. Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet.
  5. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheddar to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
