This is a delicious and satisfying recipe for a Keto Bacon Burger Casserole. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
- Chop the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet.
- Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheddar to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden.
