Keto Cheeseburger Casserole is a delicious and satisfying dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It's packed with protein and healthy fats, and is low in carbs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of pickle, chopped
- 1/2 cup of tomato, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, onion, garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, pickle, tomato, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
