This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Cheeseburger Salad. It's a perfect meal for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad by combining the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard to make the dressing.
