Keto Chicken Casserole is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large pan, cook the chicken breast until it's no longer pink in the middle. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pan and cook until they are tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  6. Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the vegetable mixture.
  7. Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables and stir until everything is well coated.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
