Keto Chicken Casserole is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds without compromising your diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup of cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of onion powder
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large pan, cook the chicken breast until it's no longer pink in the middle. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pan and cook until they are tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the vegetable mixture.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetables and stir until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
