Keto Chicken Cordon Bleu is a delicious, low-carb dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Flatten the chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
- Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken roll in the egg, then roll in the almond flour mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
- Transfer the chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
