Keto Chicken Tonnato is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, combine the mayonnaise, tuna, capers, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth to make the tonnato sauce.
- Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve with the tonnato sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
