Keto Chicken Tonnato is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  6. While the chicken is cooking, combine the mayonnaise, tuna, capers, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
  7. Blend until smooth to make the tonnato sauce.
  8. Once the chicken is done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Slice the chicken and serve with the tonnato sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
