Keto Coconut Salmon Napa Cabbage is a delicious and healthy dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with nutrients and is low in carbs, making it a great choice for a keto-friendly meal.

- 2 fillets of salmon
- 1 head of napa cabbage
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the coconut milk, fish sauce, and lime juice. Stir to combine.
- Add the napa cabbage to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it begins to wilt.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the cabbage and transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve the salmon and cabbage with the coconut sauce from the skillet.
