Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. While the chicken is baking, prepare the dressing by combining the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  9. Drizzle the dressing over the baked chicken before serving.
