Overview[edit | edit source]
Keto Egg Mice are fun and delightful appetizers that resemble tiny mice. A blend of simple ingredients and creative assembly makes these perfect for parties or playful snacks.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 large boiled eggs
- 8 radishes
- 16 black peppercorns
- 4 small slices of cheese
- 8 chive stems
Preparation[edit | edit source]
- 1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut a small flat base for each so they sit without wobbling.
- 2. From the rounded side of the boiled egg, cut out a wedge to form the 'nose' of the mouse.
- 3. Place a tiny slice of cheese in the wedge as the mouse's ears.
- 4. Use two peppercorns as the eyes and a chive stem for the tail.
- 5. Slice the radishes in half and position them as feet.
- 6. Repeat the process for all boiled eggs.
Serving Suggestions[edit | edit source]
- Present the egg mice on a bed of lettuce or shredded cheese.
- Serve alongside keto dips or sauces.
