Keto Garlic Rosemary Focaccia[edit | edit source]
This is a recipe for a delicious and healthy Keto Garlic Rosemary Focaccia. This bread is perfect for those on a keto diet as it is low in carbs and high in fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 large eggs

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and chopped rosemary.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the water, olive oil, and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the focaccia to cool before slicing and serving.
