This is a delicious and festive Keto friendly recipe for a Gingerbread Bundt Cake. It's perfect for the holiday season or any time you're craving a sweet treat.

- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Erythritol
- 1 tablespoon Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
