This is a delicious and festive Keto friendly recipe for a Gingerbread Bundt Cake. It's perfect for the holiday season or any time you're craving a sweet treat.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
