Keto Lamb Chops with Herb Butter is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a Keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors from the herbs and butter.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill or broiler on high heat.
- Rub the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or broil the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until done to your liking.
- While the lamb chops are cooking, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and softened butter in a small bowl.
- Once the lamb chops are done, remove them from the grill or broiler and immediately top each one with a generous amount of the herb butter.
- Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the butter to melt and the flavors to meld together.
