Keto Naan Bread with Melted Garlic Butter[edit | edit source]

  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
  2. Add the boiling water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into six pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Flatten each ball of dough into a naan shape and cook in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Mince the garlic and melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  7. Brush each naan with the melted garlic butter before serving.
