Overview[edit | edit source]

Keto Porridge is a warm, comforting breakfast alternative to traditional oat-based porridge. Made with low-carb ingredients, it is rich in healthy fats and fiber, making it a satisfying option for those on a keto diet.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sweetener of choice (erythritol, stevia, monk fruit) to taste
  • Optional toppings: berries, nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon

Preparation[edit | edit source]

1. In a small saucepan, combine coconut flour, chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla extract. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and has a porridge-like consistency, about 5-7 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and add sweetener to taste. Mix well. 4. Serve hot with optional toppings.

Serving Suggestions[edit | edit source]

  • Top with fresh berries, nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon for added flavor and texture.
  • A splash of heavy cream or coconut milk can add creaminess.
  • For a chocolate version, add 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder during cooking.
