Keto Reuben Skillet is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors from corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the corned beef over medium heat until it is heated through.
  3. Add the sauerkraut to the skillet and stir to combine with the corned beef.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the sauce over the corned beef and sauerkraut in the skillet. Stir to combine.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the top of the mixture in the skillet.
  7. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
