Keto Salmon with Cowboy Sauce is a delicious and nutritious dish that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds while keeping your carbs in check.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the cowboy sauce. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the salmon fillets with the cowboy sauce on the side.
