Keto Shish Kebab with Garlic Cream and Roasted Vegetables[edit | edit source]

  1. Marinate the beef or chicken with onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Let it sit for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
  3. Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
  4. For the garlic cream, mix sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  5. Toss the vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
  6. Serve the kebabs with the garlic cream and roasted vegetables.
