Keto Shish Kebab with Garlic Cream and Roasted Vegetables[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Keto Shish Kebab:
- Garlic Cream:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Roasted Vegetables:
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 eggplant (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Marinate the beef or chicken with onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Let it sit for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
- For the garlic cream, mix sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Toss the vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, until tender.
- Serve the kebabs with the garlic cream and roasted vegetables.
