Keto Tres Leches Cake is a delicious, low-carb version of the traditional Tres Leches Cake. This recipe is perfect for those following a Ketogenic Diet and craving for a sweet treat.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1/2 cup of Butter, melted
- 5 Eggs
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Condensed Milk

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is cooling, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, and unsweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
- Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top with a fork.
- Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
