Keto White Pizza with Mushrooms and Pesto[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Almond flour - 2 cups
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 cups
- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pesto sauce - 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
- Add the eggs and garlic powder to the cheese mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a piece of parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until they are tender.
- Spread the pesto sauce over the baked pizza crust, then top with the sautéed mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
