Low Carb Cauliflower Lasagna[edit | edit source]

Low Carb Cauliflower Lasagna is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional lasagna. It's a perfect dish for those following a keto diet as it's low in carbs and high in protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the garlic, salt, and pepper until browned and cooked through. Drain the excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  5. In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce. Add a layer of the cooked cauliflower, then a layer of the cheese mixture, and finally a layer of the cooked ground beef. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil and serving.
