Low Carb Chicken Dumplings is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is perfect for those who are on a ketogenic diet and are looking for a satisfying and comforting meal.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into dumplings.
- In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until they become translucent.
- Add the chicken broth and heavy cream to the pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add the dumplings to the pot and cook for about 15 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Add the shredded chicken to the pot and stir until it is heated through.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed, and garnish with parsley before serving.
