Low Carb Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes are a delicious, keto-friendly dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth without breaking your diet. They are easy to make and packed with rich, chocolatey flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup of Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup of Erythritol
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, melt the butter and then add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
