This is a delicious and easy-to-make Low Carb Chocolate Cake that is perfect for those following a keto diet. It's rich, moist, and full of chocolate flavor, but without all the carbs!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
