Low carb chocolate ganache
Low Carb Chocolate Ganache[edit | edit source]
Low carb chocolate ganache is a delicious, keto-friendly dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free, making it suitable for a variety of dietary needs.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of erythritol (or any other keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until it is hot, but not boiling.
- Pour the hot coconut milk over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt.
- Add the erythritol and vanilla extract to the bowl.
- Stir the mixture until it is smooth and glossy. If the chocolate is not fully melted, you can place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler) and stir until smooth.
- Allow the ganache to cool at room temperature. As it cools, it will thicken and become spreadable.
- The ganache is now ready to be used. It can be spread on cakes, used as a filling for pastries, or eaten on its own as a decadent dessert.
