Low Carb Chocolate Tim Tams are a delicious, keto-friendly version of the classic Australian biscuit. This recipe is easy to follow and the end result is a guilt-free treat that everyone can enjoy.

- 1 cup of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup of Erythritol
- 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 3 tablespoons of Butter, melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup of Heavy Cream

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each cookie into the chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated cookies back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate has set.
