  4. Add the curry powder to the pan and stir to combine.
  5. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until it is no longer pink in the middle.
  6. Pour the coconut milk into the pan and stir to combine.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and let the curry simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
