Low Carb Salmon Patties with Feta Cheese Sauce[edit | edit source]

For the Feta Cheese Sauce:

  1. Drain the salmon and remove any bones. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, almond flour, eggs, onions, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties. This recipe should make about 8 patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. While the patties are cooking, make the feta cheese sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the feta cheese, heavy cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Serve the salmon patties with the feta cheese sauce on top.
