Low Carb Vanilla Strawberry Dessert Wraps is a delicious and healthy dessert that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is easy to prepare and is packed with flavors that will satisfy your sweet tooth without breaking your diet.

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan and spread it out into a thin layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream on each wrap, then top with the sliced strawberries.
- Roll up the wraps and serve.
