A delicious and nutritious keto friendly salad that is perfect for any meal. This recipe is easy to prepare and packed with flavors that will satisfy your taste buds.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
  4. While the asparagus is roasting, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well combined.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Place the roasted asparagus in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the maple dressing and toss to coat.
  7. Top the salad with chopped pecans and crumbled feta cheese.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
