Meatballs in Ginger Soy Broth[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Meatballs in Ginger Soy Broth. It's a perfect dish for those who are following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 500g of ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup of green onions, chopped
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the meatballs back into the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs in the ginger soy broth, garnished with the chopped green onions.
