Meatballs in Ginger Soy Broth[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Meatballs in Ginger Soy Broth. It's a perfect dish for those who are following a ketogenic diet.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the pot and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add the chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the meatballs back into the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs in the ginger soy broth, garnished with the chopped green onions.
