Keto Mini Pizzas are bite-sized pizza treats suitable for those following a ketogenic diet. They utilize almond flour for the crust, providing a low-carb alternative to traditional pizza bases.

For the crust:
- 1 1/2 cups Almond flour
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Toppings (Choose as per preference):
- Keto-friendly pizza sauce
- Sliced olives, bell peppers, mushrooms
- Cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- Additional mozzarella or other cheeses

- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute until cheeses are melted and combined.
- 3. Stir in the almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each into a mini pizza crust on the baking sheet.
- 5. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each crust and add desired toppings.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
