- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup of low-carb pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Your choice of keto-friendly toppings
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the cheese is fully melted.
- Add the beaten egg, almond flour, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over it. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and your chosen toppings over the sauce.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
