Nacho Steak Skillet is a delicious, keto-friendly dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor. This recipe serves four and takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare.

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and stir in the salsa and sour cream.
  6. Top with the cheddar cheese and cover the skillet. Cook until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro if desired and serve hot.
